Q: Where do you ship?


A: We ship worldwide and will work with you to secure the lowest costs possible. Please note that all duties, taxes, tariffs, transportation fees, or other costs incurred as a result of international shipping will be the sole responsibility of the recipient.


Q: What are your shipping rates?


A: Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight and shipping method, and will be determined once you have entered your shipping destination at Checkout. Standard shipping will have your order to you within 2-7 business days depending on your location. Orders shipped to Asia Pacific, Latin America and the Caribbean, Europe, Middle East and Africa will take 10-20 business days depending on the country and method of shipping. For international orders, the customer is responsible for any additional taxes, duties, transportation fees, or other costs or fees incurred. An estimate of these costs can be provided upon request.


Note: You can also select expedited shipping options through Fed Ex.


Q: What is your return policy?


A: If you are not satisfied with your order, unworn items in their original condition with the yellow security loop and original tags in place may be returned for an exchange or a store credit.


Full priced items in their original condition with the yellow security loop and original tags in place may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of the delivery date. Sale-priced items in their original condition with the yellow security loop and original tags in place may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 15 days of the delivery date.


All returned items must be unworn with all the tags still attached. Swimwear, wet suits, intimate apparel, and socks cannot be returned.

Q: How are taxes applied?


A: Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. Sales taxes are calculated and displayed on your entire order when you check out, and are provided on the order summary emailed to you on purchase. If you are shipping to the United States, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to Washington, D.C. DJBENNETT is not responsible for paying any additional local taxes to states such as Use Tax or international tariffs or fees.


Q: Can products containing animal parts be shipped internationally?


A: Yes. However, international shipments of products containing animal parts regulated by the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Department must be inspected and are subject to a $93 inspection fee charged by the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Department. This fee will be charged to the customer in addition to any applicable shipping fees, duties, taxes, tariffs, or transportation fees. Products containing the following animals DO NOT require inspection: goat, camel, European rabbit, cattle, pig, sheep, ferret, alpaca, chicken, turkey, water buffalo, and pea fowl.
