DJ Bennett wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This online documentation outlines the DJ Bennett Return Policy for all purchases made through the DJ Bennett website.
Returns
DJ Bennett will accept merchandise in its original condition and provide a store credit, excluding shipping charges, only when the merchandise is returned along with the original sales slip. A product that is returned should be intact in its original packing and should be in resalable condition. Merchandise that has been used, worn, altered or damaged will not be accepted. Sales of intimate apparel, swimwear and earrings are final and these items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Merchandise must be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery. Every shipment will also include clear instructions for returning the merchandise. The return shipping label, provided with the product, should be affixed to the outside of the package.
Returns and exchanges will be processed promptly within 15 days of notification of the intent of return, and a notification will be sent by email after the return has been processed. Upon the receipt of the product and verification for compliance with the above mentioned conditions, DJ Bennett will issue Gift Certificates against the purchase price of the returned goods.
DJ Bennett reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.
Exchanges
To exchange any product that you have received, please follow the process outlined below.
First, return the original item by following the steps outlined in the previous section. Please note that the returned item must be received by DJ Bennett in its original packing and in resalable condition. If any item needs to be exchanged due to an incorrect color or size, please send the item back in its original condition, and state which color or size you are requesting in exchange. Delivering new orders is subject to DJ Bennett having the merchandise in stock. Shipping charges for the returned item(s) are the customer’s responsibility. Once the return has been duly processed, DJ Bennett will issue a Gift Certificate to you. You may use the gift certificate amount to purchase any other item of your choice. Sales of intimate apparel and swimwear are final and these items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Tracking
To assist you in tracking your order, a shipping confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase is shipped.
Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the product for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping box to show some wear and tear. However, if the item(s) in your shipment is damaged, please contact us immediately at 202 524 4488.
Please note that products are sent in wooden boxes that are custom-made for DJ Bennett. DJ Bennett will not be responsible for replacing the wooden box if it is damaged during shipping.
If you receive goods that are damaged, please keep the order number along with your email address and phone number handy. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing material and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
